We bring private sector knowledge and understanding of economic development to help conduct multi-sector development consulting work. We also provide managerial services to INGO, NGOs, enterprises and entrepreneurs. Among other things, we help these organizations craft proposals, design implementing strategies and plan out sustainable budgets. We also oversee implementations, allocation of funds and ensure transparency in spending.

Nepal Economic Forum has a team of experienced financial advisors and management consultants who work pro bono on the projects to help organizations that cannot afford big consulting firms.

Completed inclusive business strategies and private sector mapping for SNV, Netherlands
Completion of designing an effective framework for conducting a district level Public Private Dialogue (PPD) for The Asia Foundation.
Conducted activities to make Employment Fund effective for Helvetas/Nepal
Carried out research on access to credit for skill training graduates in for Helvetas/Nepal
Completed a research study for Livelihoods & Forestry Programme (LFP) to understand the potential and approach for enhancing private sector initiative in Nepal's forestry sector.
Carried out an economic appraisal for Nepal Multi-Stakeholder Forestry Program for DfID.
Completed social and economic impact assessment of the goods transport sector and facilitated discussions and dialogues between major players of the transport sector for USAID funded NEAT activity
Conducted a review of the current price fixing system of the dairy sector in Nepal and identified opportunities and constraints presented by the current system for Practical Action Nepal.
Conducted an analysis of the roles of community based enterprise for access to fodder and prepared a business plans to assess the potential of establishing Green Enterprise in Community Forest User Group and Leasehold Forest in Nepal for Practical Action Nepal.
